摘要：
The present paper deals with the problem of selective harvesting in a predator-prey model with Michael is-Menten type functional response and Leslie type predator's numerical response. A regulatory agency controls exploitation by imposing a tax per,unit biomass of the prey species. The existence of its steady state and stability are studied. The problem of optimal taxation policy is then solved by using Pontryagin's maximal principle.
