Real-Time 3D Near-Field Visualization Using LED Field Sensors

摘要
Measuring the radiated EM field generated by an antenna mounted on a wireless device can be a time consuming operation with traditional methods. In this paper, we present a real-time measuring technique in the near-field generated by a wireless device antenna, working at 13.56 MHz. The method implies LED Field Sensors placed in arrays, which provide fast real-time visual 3D results. The measurements can be compared, with good results, with the numerical simulations made with Ansoft HFSS.
