Analysis of Changes in Energy Consumption Intensity in Tianjin

摘要
Based on the Laspeyres index and decompostion model, this article analyze the change in energy consumption intensity from 1995 to 2009 in Tianjin, the result shows that technological progress is the main factors in improving energy efficiency; the technological progress effect of the secondary industry play a decisive role; the structure effect of the secondary industry is not conducive to decreased energy consumption intensity.
