摘要
Due to the limited availability of fossil fuels, renewable energy sources such as solar and wind are widely used these days. The Neutral Point. Clamped (NPC) inverters are used for low and medium power applications and plays important role in improving the efficiency of the system. In this paper, a modified SVM technique is proposed and implemented to enhance the performance of three-phase three-level grid connected NPC Inverter. The main objective is to improve the power quality of the grid side. The various performance parameters are analyzed and improved results are obtained. The smooth voltage profile, upf operation, modified SVM switching patterns and modulating signals are validated by using MATLAB simulation.
