摘要
The methodologies and pedagogical strategies based on e-learning and b-learning may have fundamental roles on the Higher Education importance. The main goal of this study is to analyze the b-learning impact in a learning virtual environment to the level of cognitive skills, in a student group from Faculty of Human Kinetics in Technical University of Lisbon. This has occurred in a normal academic environment, in a context of a subject and the researcher was only a simple observer of the process. The chosen methodology was Case of Study, with a data qualitative analysis, as the researcher was more interested in understanding the facts, than testing hypothesis or formulating generalizations. The experience lasted nearly about five weeks and it involved 88 students. The main data resources were: a questionnaire, an interview, a summative assessment evaluation, automatic record from the platform and a register table in the classroom. In a general way, the obtained results from the analysis, allow us to conclude that there weren't visible demonstrations of the existence of significant differences in cognitive skills in the students that have attended the b-learning mode. Nonetheless, we hope that this work contributes to the development and implementation of a b-learning mode in other educative scenarios.
