摘要
Digital game-based learning has digitized knowledge and filled learning with enjoyment, providing diverse content and an attractive instructional approach. Most current research on digital game-based learning has focused on game design and has discussed the usage and learning process of the instructional activity. These research reports have neglected to investigate the use of digital game-based learning instruction from the perspective of elementary school teachers. This study explored factors influencing the acceptance of using game-based learning for teaching in elementary schools in Taiwan. The results showed that learning enjoyment and adaptation were positively associated with behavioral intentions because of perceived Usefulness and ease of use. Perceived ease of use and learning enjoyment were the primary reasons for elementary teachers in Taiwan accepting the use of digital game-based learning in their teaching.
