The dipteran genus Minilimosina (Svarciella) from China reviewed with description of a new species Minilimosina (S.) obtusispina sp. nov. Three species namely M. (S.) fanta Rohaek and Marshall, M. (S.) vitripennis (Zetterstedt) and M. (S.)luteola Su are redescribed. A key to the four known species is given. Voucher specimens including different types are deposited with the collection of Liaoning Key Laboratory of Urban Integrated Pest Management and Ecological Security, Shenyang University, Shenyang, Liaoning Province, China.
