摘要
With the economic and social progress, the information technology has also been booming, and has been widely used in various fields. For the modern enterprises, the application of the information technological tools has changed the internal management models of the enterprises, improved the efficiency of the production and the management of the enterprises, and enhanced the competitiveness of the market. Therefore, it is important to study the influence of the information technology on the human resource management models for the development and progress of the enterprises. In this paper, the information technology and the human resource management models are analyzed, with the focus on the studies of the influence of the information technology on the mode of the human resource management, to provide the ideological foundation for the transformation of the models of the enterprise human resource management.
