Mode of Industry clusters development in the cities surrounding the Central Economic Regions - a case of Xuzhou

Industry clusters have become the main stream of world economics. Industries' gathering in a certain area is an inevitable trend in industrialization([1]). Promoting industry clusters of the cities surrounding the central economic regions is favorable to coordinate the development of the surrounding cities and the central economic regions, which can improve the complete development of China harmoniously. The paper takes the case of Xuzhou, employs industry clusters theory, analyses the development of industry clusters of the cities surrounding the central economic regions with data analysis and empirical research. Based on the result, it puts forward some countermeasures to promote optimization and upgrading of industrial structure effectively.
