摘要：
The aim of this study is to explore the relationship between psychological capital and job burnout of middle school teachers. A questionnaire survey was conducted of teachers in middle schools for quantitative analysis. The results showed that: (1) the middle school teachers' psychological capital levels are relatively high, while their burnout is not serious on the whole. (2) Psychological capital and its four dimensions are negatively related to all the three dimensions of job burnout: that is to say, the higher psychological capital teachers possess, the lower level of job burnout they will face. (3) Psychological capital can partly predict job burnout. Among all the four dimensions of psychological capital, hope and optimism have significant effects on passion burnout; hope has clear impact on energy burnout. Efficacy, hope, and resilience show impressive influence on professional self-effectiveness burnout.
