摘要
The inheritance of resistance to yellow mosaic virus spread by Bemisia tabaci Gen. in Glycine soja (Linn.) Seib. & Zucc. was studied following natural infection in the field condition. The resistant wild accession, Glycine soja was crossed with susceptible cultivars 'Ankur', 'Bragg', 'PK 472' and 'Kalitur' of Glycine max (Linn.) Merr. Resistance reactions of F-1 and F-2 plants, and individual F-2 plant derived F-3 families indicated that resistance was controlled by a single dominant gene.
