摘要
The novel three-phase single-stage topology for chargers is proposed in this paper. This topology is based on the three-phase half-bridge rectifier, combining with the features of boost circuit. It makes the circuit is simple, and the power electronic devices is less that the rectifier diode works as freewheel diode in the PFC (Power Factor Correction) circuit. And low power bi-directional rectifier switch works as voltage regulation switch at the same time. The theoretical analysis and simulation shows that the novel three-phase single-stage charging circuit can be equal to a parallel double boost circuit in every 60 degree cycle. No matter the input current is discontinuous or continuous in the novel three-phase single-stage charging circuit, every phase current tracks its corresponding phase voltage wonderfully, which reduces harmonic and raise the power factor in the grid.
