摘要：
In China, the rural medical security system which means the rural cooperative medical system, it guarantee farmers has basic health service and solve difficult problems,it play a huge role. At present, the new rural cooperative medical system reform in China has made a lot of achievements, but here are still many problems in the implementation process. The important issues should be addressed in the future is how to improve the new rural cooperative medical care system and ensure the sustainable development of new rural cooperative medical system.
