摘要
This paper presents the main results of a study conducted under the Project "MISSION Multivector Integrated Smart Systems and Intelligent microgrids for accelerating the energy transitiON". The main goal of the work is identifying the generation systems (technologies and sizes) to realize a Carbon Neutral Multivector Multi-energy system, where quantity of energy imports is equal to the that of energy exports. At this aim, as case study has been considered the Smart Energy Microgrid (SEM), a multi-energy system currently under construction in the ENEA Research Center of Portici, and several combinations of technologies and sizes have been set in the SEM architecture for obtaining multiple scenarios to compare from an energy, economic and environmental point of view. Finally, based on the results, the potential issues and future steps have been reported.
