摘要：
Revision of national geopark master planning, which aimed to improve the systematic structure and content of relevant planning document, passed by Ministry of Land and Resources of the People's Republic of China in 2009. Scientific interpretation system planning of Geopark was listed as an independent chapter in the planning firstly. As the main operator, tour guides are very important to the scientific interpretation system. Based on the characteristic of the geoparks, this paper summarizes the definition and the characters of tour guides firstly, and then presents the training methods and the management system of the geopark tour guides, according to the job requirements. It is an important strategy for keeping sustainable development of geopark to strengthen the tour guides training and management.
