摘要
The paper is devoted to the problem of identifying companies' growth preconditions, determinants and constraints. The study examines the enterprises that operate in the market for a long time, i.e. "the companies with a history". The authors propose to define prospects of the companies' growth by means of algorithm of a multidimensional assessment of company growth potential that includes a formation of companies and external environment usefulness profiles. It is offered to estimate the profile of external environment usefulness on the basis of the analysis of deviations of global entrepreneurship and development index (GEDI) values from the expected level according to the GDP of the country. The dynamic aspect for a company profile is formed by means of definition of its growth trajectory and type, a value of the EI index, and also on the basis of its reference to one of two types of growth: "short-term growth" or "long-term growth". The static aspect is provided with the calculation and the analysis of growth indicators, demographic variables and determinants.
