摘要
Efforts to change the nutritional behaviour by enhancing nutritional knowledge have been found to meet with insufficient response. There is a gap between the actual situation regarding nutrition and health of the Europeans and its reflection In the awareness and behaviour of consumers. To learn about the reasons for this discrepancy, it was tried to find out what ideas consumers have of healthy nutrition, whether and how scientific knowledge and nutritional recommendations are taken up and why they are only insufficiently transformed into adequate nutritional behaviour.
