Study on the Integration of Community Management: An Information Model Based on Project Management

Information management is weak in the community management, and there is not information management concept in the most communities. An important reason for the frequent contradictions and disputes of the community property management system is also absent of attention to the information management. In this paper, based on the characteristics of community project management, it proposes that the body of Integrated Community Project Management Information should be the community of self-government institutions depending on the information technology, and achieving it through the integrated management information system of community project. With the analysis on the four dimensions of the time, goal, function and body, a more complete model of Integrated Community Project Management Information System is built.
