摘要
In this paper, we propose a new approach of normalization for metric based design quality measurement of object-oriented software systems. To validate our proposal we performed an empirical study on several open source software systems and found a clear indication to their actual design quality levels. The outcome of the empirical study provides a strong base for the effectiveness of our proposed normalization approach for metric based design quality measurement of object-oriented software.
