Ewing's sarcoma was first described by james Ewing as << endothelioma of the bone >>. He is found exeptionally as a primary epidural tumor of the spine (11). A few cases were found in the pertinent literature. We report a case that her aspects mimic for neurinoma or neuroblastoma.
