We present an updated analysis on the number of female diploma and graduate physics students as well as the current career level of female and male physicists at Croatian research institutes and universities. Although the number of Croatian female physicists is relatively high, they are still underrepresented in the highest scientific and decision-making positions. This is especially true for positions at universities.
