摘要
Qualified Personnel Selection is one of the organization's success factors. Due to the importance and complexity of the problem, analytical methods are required. Different methods in personnel selection are already done in literatures. However, in these methods, the dependency of criteria is ignored. In this paper, a new model is suggested for personnel selection using fuzzy linguistic variables with multi-criteria decision making, and because, in general, dependency may exist among criteria, a new linguistic extension of fuzzy measure and fuzzy integral are proposed and used in the model.
