摘要：

With the United Nations Convention on Climate Change ending in Bonn and Copenhagen, the world has entered into a low-carbon economy. A high efficiency, low energy consumption, low pollution and low emission economic mode is needed for enterprise's development, so as to improve the competitiveness and insist on the sustainable development. This paper discusses the essential theory of low carbon chain's management, and the characteristics and importance of low carbon chain management. Further, this paper discusses the constructing of the implementation of the incentive mechanism of low carbon chain management.
