Study on the Impact of FDI on Industrial Structure Upgrading of Henan

This thesis analyzes the effects of foreign direct investment to the impact of industrial structure from the perspective of the upgrading of industrial structure in Henan Province, through the correlation analysis and Granger causality test between foreign direct investment and the three industries, The result shows: this is a significant effect of the upgrading of industrial structure because of the inflow of FDI, but for different industries, the upgrading effect is not the same. For the second and tertiary industries, foreign direct investment and the proportion of added value of them exist causal relationship, but for the primary industry, there is no causal relationship with foreign direct investment in Henan Province.
