摘要：
The present study is interested in two watersheds that have a great socio-economic interest. One is located on the Atlantic coast (Oualidia lagoon) and other on the mediterranean coast (Nador lagoon). This work is mainly focussed on hydrodynamical study, in order to understand the functioning of their ecosystem and to provide informations for different decision makers.
