摘要
The wide use of belt conveyors underground brought fire hazards to coal mine in its safe production. The thermal effect generated in the process of belt fire acting on the underground airflow will affect its stability seriously, the toxic substances and smog released from belt by heat can easily spread through the unstable ventilation system and cause casualty in large range. The belt fire develops quickly, if effective disposal measures are not adopted in early stage, the disaster is easily to expand. The influence of roadway relationship to fire was got by the analysis of belt fire hazard and fire developing speed. Applied Fluent to analyze the airflow stability under local short circuit conditions, the airflow disorder state and its impact parameters were clear. According to the traits of belt roadway fire, the basic elements of catastrophe emergency were analyzed, the emergency response organization in disaster was determined. The catastrophe emergency plan of belt roadway fire based on the actual situation could effectively guide the emergency rescue during the disaster. The emergency disposal measures studied was helpful to control fire in the initial stage; the setting of refuge chamber could enhance the effectiveness of site emergency and reliability of disaster avoiding so as to control the damage caused by belt fire.
