摘要
The paper presents a power flow analysis method for civil engineering structures based on the admittance power flow principle. The power equation of the engineering structure subjected to earthquake excitation is derived and formulated. The impedance equation of the structure under earthquake is investigated using the mechanic-electric analogous method for structural decomposition, integration and analogy. Research results show that the same formula of average input power flow can be obtained by equivalent earthquake excitation and power equation. It is verified that both the average input power flow and average damping power flow of structure with damping is equivalent as the structure under harmonic excitation, while the average kinetic power flow and average elastic power flow are zero. The force-electricity analogy method is simple and convenient for the seismic characteristic analysis of the structure. The structure installed dampers can achieve obtain lower seismic response as the lower average input power flows into structure.
