摘要：
Exponential smoothing method is widely used prediction technique in the production field. However, it is difficult to find a suitable smoothing parameters in the prediction. The traditional method is to use empirical judgment methods to determine the smoothing parameters, it is often subjective and inefficient. This paper presents an Excel based programming solution to determine smoothing parameters. The experiments show that the method is more objective and predictable.
