摘要
Cholecystectomy in cirrhotic patients is followed by high morbidity and mortality rates. The main reason for that is hepatic failure and haemorrage. Laparoscopic cholecystectomy seems to be an encouraging method for surgical treatment of cholelithiasis in cirrhotics because it causes less trauma and so minor endocrine response. We performed laparoscopic cholecystetomy in 9 cirrhotic patients with complicated cholelithiasis. The patients were classified according to Child system and 3 of them were Child A and 6 Child B. Prothrombin time was prolonged till 1,5'' above control in 5 and till 2,5'' above control in 4 patients. There was no convertion to opern and there was no mortality. Two patients needed intraoperative blood transfusion There were no major complications post operatively hematoma in the area of umbelicus incision was noted in tao patients. All patients walked and were refed within 24 hours of the operation and the mean hospital stay was 2,5 days. In conclusion laparoscopic cholecystectomy is better tollerated and so can be the preferable method cirrhotic patients.
