Study on Knowledge Management, Organizational Learning and Internationlization of Wanxiang Group

Based on Wangxiang Group in-depth case studies, the author argues that it has its own characteristics in the internationalization behavior. The author first outlines the internationalization of Wanxiang Group, then analyses how the knowledge and learning may be the key influence on the internationalisation patterns and competitive positions of the firm, and the factors are important to the success of Wanxiang's internationalization. The implication given to Chinese firm is that as a firm from developing country without much more advantages in the world market, more prudence and more knowledge and learning we think is important to every Chinese firm.
