摘要
In times of globalization, or globalization of capital, the system performs significantly integrated world, through the combination of art, science and information. Values up to a maximum capacity of production, circulation and consumption, therefore the maximum capacity of flows of money, information, goods, supplies and people. In this context arise blocs of power, which among other things acirram and recognize the socio-spatial inequalities within and outside regions. This study seeks to analyze the politics of regional economic integration in the developing world, especially in Latin America, paying attention to the inequalities generated or reproduced in this process, especially in the context of economic integration in MERCOSUR. In the case of Latin America, the Southern Common Market (MERCOSUR), was instituted in 1991 by the Treaty of Asuncion, aiming to further integrate national economies in South America. However, one notes the concurrent production and reproduction of wealth and poverty and growing inequalities and contradictions Sociogeographic therefore social segregation. In MERCOSUR, there is the position of Brazil and Argentina in the regional scenario, considering the different levels of industrialization and development, notwithstanding these internal socio-territorial inequalities. In the territorial division of labor and other regional countries show even more dependent and vulnerable, especially in technology and economically, although in different situations.
