摘要
This paper explains and demonstrates the operation mode and management characteristics of self- supporting railway company. According to these characteristics, the paper designs and analyses process framework of primary business for local railway company. And it designs the process of transportation planning, transportation scheduling operation, train operation organization and freight organization respectively based on the idea of self- supporting management mode. Finally, this paper analyses the advantages of transport organization process design for self- supporting railway company.
