Analysis on Talents Cultivation Model of Financial Management Major in Colleges and University

The paper aims to propose principles, to resolve the difference between supply and demand in Financial Management professional training model. According to the Questionnaire, the paper analyzed four main reasons for the difference and recommends four principles. There are three conclusions in the paper. Firstly, the differences exist between training mode and market demand. Secondly, four reasons lead to and exaggerate differences, including vague position of financial responsibilities in corporate, subjectively playing down the differences among the different major in colleges and universities, shifting in the focus of performance appraisal in colleges and universities, and school-enterprise information communication channels missing. Thirdly, the training mode optimization must focus on the market demand. The paper Contribution is using a questionnaire for the talent demand and the talent supply, to find the reasons of the problem of the training model.
