摘要：
Every CS graduate working with different technologies will need troubleshooting in one or other way. This document provides an overview of the research work I am pursuing on teaching troubleshooting skills. The focus of my thesis is building a learning environment for teaching troubleshooting in Computer Networks. At the end of my thesis, I intend to come up with some design principles for building learning environments in related domain. Both of these will be contributions for the CS education Research community.
