摘要
Currently, with the rapid development of information technology mobile Internet networks quality-of-service (QoS) is confronted with many challenges, especially for telecommunications industry. In the Telecom Service Commitment, customer satisfaction has become an essential index. In this paper, the mobile network QoS of data service indices system is constructed based on the CSI model, it not only considers the customer satisfaction, but also the technical specifications. Finally, we used the theory of fuzzy mathematics to evaluate mobile network QoS. The result shows that this method is reasonable and feasible.
