Compared with the traditional information literacy education, online information literacy instruction has many obvious advantages. It has been widely and successfully implemented in many university libraries in European and American developed countries. But, survey shows that there still remain four problems to carry out online information literacy instruction in China's university libraries. So, focus on the dynamics, interaction and individuation of online teaching, combine online information literacy instruction with traditional information literacy education and some other ways are the strategies to strengthen and improve our University Library online information literacy instruction.
