摘要：
China's higher education has developed from elite education into the stage of mass education recently. Overall increase in the enrollment of colleges and universities has led to mixed qualities among college students, especially those in higher vocational colleges. To ensure individualized and effective work, education must follow the principle of teaching students in accordance with their aptitude.
