Research on a Framework of Information System Strategy Planning under Supply Chain Environment

摘要
This study concerns information technology (IT) and information system strategic planning (ISP), and develops a framework of ISP in supply chain. Previous studies of ISP are related to the methods of enterprise-ISP without considering changes in supply chain. This paper point out that ISP in supply chain should be analyzed in four aspects including strategy, organization, cost and risk, and technology. On the basis of that, a framework of ISP in supply chain is proposed. The process of ISP includes six steps: environment analysis, strategy analysis, organization analysis, process analysis, IT/IS analysis, and IT/IS strategy blue print.
