摘要
This paper designed an operational amplifier based on TSMC 0.35um CMOS process. Using folded cascode and the two class AB output structure. Using Hspice 2004 software for circuit simulation. Simulation results show that the designed circuit has high gain and low static power consumption. More than 96dB open loop gain, bandwidth up to 127M, phase margin is 63.4 degrees, CMRR 131.5dB, power supply rejection ratio of 78dB. (C) 2011 Published by Elsevier Ltd.
