摘要
In recent years, a global trend-clusterization emerges in China's industrial development. Many companies rely on the cluster network platform to embed in global value chains, and in this way they, have succeeded. However, meanwhile some problems have been revealed which should be paid attention to. This paper probes into four kinds of regional networks which are the core sources of the competitive advantage, and their reconstruction issues. The paper first discusses the reconfiguration of the regional industry networks. This kind of network is considering embedding and extending the "chain" as the entry point, aiming to optimize industrial structure and upgrading, with the means of regional industry integration. The second content is about the regional innovation network reconfiguration, who has two aspects institutional innovation and technology innovation. The former aims to improve the relative "solidifying" or "locked" model in the development of industry clusters and the later model is propitious to the development and utilization of the key sharing technology in the clusters. Thirdly, the regional virtual network reconfiguration is uncovered, the main purpose of which is to start Enterprise Informationalization project inside the clusters, and develop "online supermarket" and e-commerce. For the full play of the industry cluster advantage and to reduce the difficulty of SME financing, the regional financial network is reconfigured.
