摘要：
Project judging and selecting management system was designed to solve the problems of unreasonable project plans, heavy workload and low student satisfaction rate. Using this system, teachers can declare projects online, and students are able to select projects through network too. The strategy of projects assignment was provided to meet all the students' will. This system provided a new mode for the university project management.
