Insertion Force Investigation of Electrical Connector with Convergent Angle and Concentricity

摘要
The reliability and stability of electrical interconnections are of utmost significant things for electrical connector which plays a great role in the signal transmission and control. The objective of this study has investigated in the relationships between the insertion force and two parameters (convergent angle and concentricity) of a kind of electrical connector by Abaqus software. According to the acceptability limit of the insertion force of this kind electrical connector, this paper gives the value ranges of these two parameters by emulation experiment.
