摘要
The fast development of mobile terminals provides good conditions for constructing function-completed autonomous learning information system. This paper researches the methods of design and developing the information system, which is based on E-learning2.0 idea, Android, RIA and Web2.0 technologies. It analyzes general system architecture and application developing frameworks and puts them into practice.Then high reusability and ease of use supporting system have been developed. In technical terms, the study strives to form a development mode of mobile autonomous learning information system.In application, it strives to construct a user-centered, independent, open and rich user experience mobile learning information system.
