The article first analyzes the characteristics of discrete manufacturing materials and the current problems in material management, and then puts forward applications of RFID technology in materials management to effective solve the lag and reliability problems of the material information collection, achieve the material information management, promote the production, save money, and improve the economic efficiency of enterprises.
