摘要
In this paper, a mathematical model of reactive power optimization and its algorithm were set up and studied, and an improved genetic algorithm was proposed for reactive power optimization of power system. The algorithm with the binary - real mixed coding method, and the algorithm's crossover operator was improved. combined with logic operation, proposed the method of logic cross. In the crossover operation, the method combination of logical crossover and linear cross were used, It is promote large range search of the solution space and at the same time the superiority protection strategy is also adopted, so it accelerates the algorithm convergence speed. By the Ward&Hale 6-bus system optimization computation, the results show that the improved genetic algorithm reduce the network loss, realized optimization of the power system reactive power.
