摘要
China's rapid economic development relies on the increasingly strong demand for energy. But coal, oil and other conventional energy's shortage and tremendous damage to resources and the environment, caused in the process of developing, has slowed down the rapid developing pace of China's economy. Bio-energy as an alternative to conventional energy is an important thing, related to China's economic development and ecological sustainable development. But China has just started research on bio-energy construction projects, and is still in the initial stages of development. Also at present it pays too much attention to the economic feasibility evaluation of the project, neglects of the ecological environmental impact assessment of the projects. This undoubtedly restricts the development of China's bio-energy construction projects, and has a negative impact on the development of China's energy strategy. Against above issues, this article will study ecological and economic sustainable development impact evaluation of bio-energy construction projects, and brings forward evaluation methods and evaluation indexes to evaluate impact degree of bio-energy construction projects on China's ecological and economic sustainable development. Its results will be for the reference to the relevant departments and research units.
