Transformation and Upgrading of Zhejiang Foreign Trade on the Foreign Trade Development Mode

The foreign trade of Zhejiang has general problem and peculiar development mode, such as private enterprises as the main body, general trade dominates the export, both surplus in good and service trade, professional market as the platform of export, these peculiar development mode make the general problem more prominent and bring confusion for the transformation and upgrading of foreign trade in Zhejiang. Based on this, the paper put forward the countermeasures of the transformation and upgrading of foreign trade in Zhejiang.
