摘要
The acquisition, processing and analysis of massive, heterogeneous and real-time risk information data are core parts of the emergency monitoring and early warning. The paper discusses the basic concepts of heterogeneous multi-source information fusion and emergency management. Then, the paper introduces the basic principles and main methods of heterogeneous multi-source information fusion. After that, the paper elaborated heterogeneous multi-source information fusion technology in the field of emergency monitoring and early warning, and noted current problems and challenges of heterogeneous multi-source information fusion. Finally, the application prospect of heterogeneous multi-source information fusion in emergency monitoring and early warning was also elaborated.
