摘要
L1/B1/E1(1559-1610MHz) band is the most widely used satellite navigation band at present. According to the open ICD documents of each system, all of the four satellite navigation systems have all provided open service and military/authorized service signals in this band. Especially the modernized GPS, COMPASS and Galileo both of which are in construction would broadcast MBOC(6,1,1/11) signal for new open service at the central frequency 1575.42MHz. There would be more 90 satellites broadcasting MBOC(6,1,1/11) signal simultaneously. Based on the ICD document of each system and the relevant characteristics and parameters of each signals, this paper analyzed the interoperability and compatibility of the MBOC(6,1,1/11) signal. For the interoperability, the DOP values and visible satellite number are compared under different constellations at different elevation masks. It is proved that the DOP values are decreased and the visible satellite number is increased significantly. For the compatibility, according to the ITU-R M. 1831, the minimum C/N-0 is calculated considering the MBOC(6,1,1/11) inner-signal interference and interference from other signals of all the systems. On the other side, the minimum required C/N(0)s for steady signal acquisition, code and carrier tracking were calculated based on the assumed parameters of typical MBOC(6,1,1/11) signal receiver. It is proved that the receiver can work properly under the worst condition and the users can get better navigation performance.
