摘要
This paper deals with the optimal dispatch of distributed energy resources (DERs)in a day-ahead electricity market. A virtual power plant (VPP) is established to integrate various DERs, especially to coordinate electric vehicles (EVs) and batteries to compensate the uncertainty of wind/solar power. Two objectives, cost of VPP and demand fluctuation, are respectively normalized to aggregate a bi-objective optimization problem. The multi-start memetic algorithm enhanced with local search is adopted as a solving technique. Three cases are investigated in numerical simulation: 1) EV random charging, 2) no EV cooperation, 3) all EVs cooperation. Computational results verify that the derived optimal strategy significantly reduces the load fluctuation and the cost of VPP. Sensitivity analysis on the weight factor reveals its impact on the dispatch performance.
